NEMSMS Announces the Passing of Longtime Volunteer Phil Bagby

Oilville, Virginia - It is with deep regret that the National EMS Memorial Service must announce the January 13 passing of Thomas Phillips “Phil” Bagby, Jr. after a long illness.

Phil was an artist and sign painter who has volunteered his time and talents to the Memorial Service for many years. He was the designer of our “Flag and Rose” logo and has used his artistic talents for many other design projects for us.

Phil is survived by his Mother Shirley (NEMSMS Vice-president), his sister, Sandi Perry, his love and soul mate Suzy Redmond, nephews Andy, Richard and Steven Perry, niece Jenny Solomon and his "adopted" son Grady Wilder. He is also survived by his uncles Rial (Judy) and Ernie (Patsy) Lee and his aunt Jean Venner (NEMSMS Secretary) .

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National EMS Memorial Service, PO Box 279, Oilville, VA 23129.
